Trust & Safety Protocol
At SafePass, our primary directive is the absolute elimination of fraud in the secondary ticket market. We deploy enterprise-grade verification, heuristic monitoring, and strict enforcement protocols to protect our community.
1. Dual-Sided KYC Verification
A secure marketplace requires accountability on both sides of the transaction. SafePass does not allow anonymous, unverified users to engage in transfers. Our Know Your Customer (KYC) framework ensures a trusted environment.
Provider (Seller) Verification
Providers undergo a strict vetting process before being allowed to list allocations. This includes email verification, phone number binding, and historical account screening. We track transfer success rates meticulously; any provider falling below a 99.8% validity rate is instantly suspended.
Buyer Verification
To protect our verified providers from botnets, spam, and time-wasters, buyers must also be authenticated. Device fingerprinting, IP reputation scoring, and active communication checks ensure that providers only deal with legitimate families and individuals.
2. The "Zero-Upfront" Golden Rule
The core of the SafePass protocol is the absolute elimination of financial risk for the buyer prior to park entry.
Never send money online. Our mandate requires that buyers only settle the agreed-upon amount with the provider via secure P2P payment methods (Zelle, Venmo, CashApp) only after the ticket has been scanned successfully at the physical theme park turnstile.
3. Automated Heuristic Monitoring
Our systems work 24/7 in the background to detect anomalous behavior. SafePass utilizes proprietary algorithms to analyze:
- Velocity Checks: Preventing bad actors from mass-requesting or mass-listing fraudulent tickets.
- Communication Parsing: Flagging keywords associated with requesting illegal upfront deposits.
- Identifier Duplication: Ensuring digital ticket links are unique and cannot be double-sold.
4. The "One-Strike" Enforcement Policy
SafePass maintains a strict zero-tolerance approach to fraud. If a Provider is reported and proven to have requested a deposit, partial payment, or full payment before gate entry, they are subjected to a Permanent Lifetime Ban.
Similarly, if a Buyer successfully enters the park using a verified provider's ticket and subsequently attempts to defraud the provider by refusing to settle the transaction, the buyer will be permanently banned from the platform, and their details may be provided to the seller for legal recourse.
5. Enterprise-Grade Data Security
Your personal data is protected by state-of-the-art encryption. SafePass forces 256-bit SSL connections across the entire platform. We strictly comply with global data privacy frameworks (including CCPA and GDPR directives) to ensure your contact information is never sold, leaked, or mishandled.
